Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A late fee applies for pickups after 6:00 p.m.

For safety reasons, all children must be picked up by authorized adults listed in their file, and identification may be required.

Do children have nap time?

Yes. All children have a daily rest period from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in a calm, safe, and supervised environment.

We follow safe sleep practices appropriate for each age group.

How do you communicate with parents?

We use the Lilio app to maintain constant communication with families. Through the app, we share daily reports, activities, photos, and important updates.

We also notify parents immediately of any situation involving their child’s health or well-being.

Yes, we accept various family assistance programs:

  • County childcare subsidy.
  • CCAR (Child Care Assistance and Referral).
  • Military family programs.
  • Child Care Aware of America.

We maintain small group sizes to ensure personalized and safe care:

  • 12 to 18 months: 1 teacher per 4 children.
  • 18 months to 2 years: 1 teacher per 5 children.
  • 2 to 3 years: 1 teacher per 8 children.
  • 3+ years: 1 teacher per 10 children.
We comply with Virginia state licensing regulations to ensure proper supervision and care.

Yes, we offer a bilingual program (English and Spanish). Our staff is highly trained and holds certifications such as:

  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
  • CDA (Child Development Associate).
  • MAT (Medication Administration Training).
These credentials ensure a safe and professional environment.
